How to see your tickets in the Fresh Service portal

At the moment the hamburger menu is not in operation which would allow you to click on it and select Tickets. At this time in order to see your existing tickets please follow the instructions below as a work around:

Type ticket into the Search box and press enter
Click Tickets
Open one of the tickets shown to view the ticket
Click Tickets next to the case number at the top of the page
You will now see a list of the tickets in your name which you will be able to sort by the options available in the dropdown menu:
