How to request assistance in relation to the Restore archiving web portals.
Restore portals setup, amendments and user access is managed by the IT Services Helpdesk team who operate via a case management system. With this in mind I would like to make you aware of the requests portal utilised by our team for this purpose. You have access to the portal, and within the portal there is a specific form for you to use; Customer Portals. By using this form you will be placing a request directly with IT Services and providing all the information we require to service your request without delays, attachments are welcomed for multiple requests/users. Please note that all other forms on the portal are for internal Restore use.
Please follow the attached set up guide to set your password and log in for the first time.
If you would like an overview of the portal to ensure that you are comfortable with it, a member of the IT Services Helpdesk team can schedule a teams session with you to show you how to place requests, manage existing requests in your name and keep abreast of updates in relation to the portal and any incidents or maintenance windows that may affect the portal. This can be conducted via a phone call if preferred.
